Rachel Sennott & Katarina Zhu Star in Camgirl Movie Bunnylovr Trailer
Utopia has shared the official trailer for Bunnylovr, the upcoming drama movie starring Rachel Sennott (Bottoms, I Love LA) and writer-director Katarina Zhu (Barely Breathing). Following its world premiere at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival, the movie is now scheduled to arrive in theaters on April 10, 2026.
“In the film, a drifting, Chinese-American cam girl struggles to navigate an increasingly toxic relationship with one of her clients while rekindling her relationship with her estranged, dying father,” reads the official synopsis.

What happens in the Bunnylovr trailer?
The trailer introduces Zhu as a Chinese American cam girl who forms a toxic relationship with one of her clients. In addition to this dilemma, she also tries to reconnect with her dying father. The trailer highlights how she’ll deal with her struggles as a cam girl and a daughter. The cast also includes Sennott as Bella, Austin Amelio as John, Perry Yung as William, Jack Kilmer as Carter, Malachy Cleary as Bob, Clara Wong as Dr. Karas, Sarah Baskin as Dr. Hoffman, Ruby McCollister as Romy, Steven Allen as Henri, and more.
Bunnylovr is written and directed by Zhu in her feature-length directorial debut. It is produced by Roger Mancusi, Ani Schroeter, Rhianon Jones, Tristan Scott-Behrends, and Sennott. The project serves as the latest collaboration between Sennott and Utopia after 2020’s Shiva Baby and 2023’s I Used to Be Funny. The creative team consists of cinematographer Daisy Zhou, editor Stephania Dulowski, composer Eli Keszler, production designer Carol Hee Kim, and costume designer Holly McClintock.
