Back to the Future star Michael J. Fox posted a reunion picture with his fellow star Christopher Lloyd, who played Emmett “Doc” Brown in the sci-fi franchise. Fox called Lloyd his “bestie” while sharing a picture of their reunion. The post left many fans impressed. The reunion comes months after Fox published his book, Future Boy.

Michael J. Fox is best known as Marty McFly in Back to the Future. He reunited with his iconic co-star from the film franchise, Christopher Lloyd, recently.
Fox posted a photo on his official Instagram account, featuring his reunion with Lloyd. “Dining with my bestie at the beach,” Fox wrote in the caption of the photo that he shared. “Next year BTTF is 41. Great Scott. Chris will be 88. That’s some serious shit,” Fox added in the post.
Referencing the film in the comment section, Christopher Lloyd responded, “Man, that’s heavy.” Many fans also had encouraging comments for the stars. Moreover, the comment section showed that many fans were impressed with the reunion.
It has been over 40 years since Back to the Future first premiered in theatres. The film was an instant hit and became a cult classic in the years that followed. However, the franchise did not stay limited to films. In addition to the sequels, the franchise also featured an animated TV series, several theme park rides, video games, a stage musical, and several books.
Other cast members from the film, including Lea Thompson and Thomas F. Wilson, have also remained close over the years. Fox and Lloyd also reunited in 2020, while Thompson, Wilson, Fox, and Lloyd reunited in 2023 at FanExpo, Portland.
Fox recently published a book about the film, Future Boy, which chronicles intimate details from the making of the movie.
