Paddington 2, the follow-up to the original Paddington movie and the second film in the Paddington franchise, is available now on HBO Max. The movie is based on the fictional character Paddington Bear, created by British author Michael Bond in 1958.

Originally released in 2017, Paddington 2 is the follow-up to 2014’s Paddington. The movie is directed by Paul King, who also co-wrote the script alongside Simon Farnaby. The movie stars Ben Whishaw in the voice role of Paddington Brown, alongside Grant, Hugh Bonneville, Sally Hawkins, Brendan Gleeson, Julie Walters, Jim Broadbent, Peter Capaldi, Madeleine Harris, Samuel Joslin, and more.

The movie follows Paddington being framed and imprisoned for a burglary that he didn’t commit, and how he and his family must find the real culprit, while proving Paddington’s innocence.
