4 Action-Packed Sylvester Stallone Movies Arrive on Netflix Today

Four star-filled action thriller movies from Lionsgate have just officially been added to Netflix‘s library. These popular films starring Sylvester Stallone currently have a combined worldwide gross of over $855 million at the box office.

What Sylvester Stallone movies are now available on Netflix?

As of today, 2010’s The Expendables, 2012’s The Expendables 2, 2014’s The Expendables 3, and 2023’s Expend4bles are now finally available to stream on Netflix. Besides Stallone, Jason Statham, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dolph Lundgren, Jet Li, Randy Couture, and Terry Crews also had the most appearances throughout the franchise. They were joined by many action stars like Bruce Willis, Steve Austin, Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Mel Gibson, Antonio Banderas, Wesley Snipes, Glen Powell, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson III, Iko Uwais, and more.

“Mercenary leader Barney Ross and his loyal men take on what they think is a routine assignment: a covert operation to invade the South American country of Vilena and overthrow its dictator,” reads the synopsis for the first movie. “But, when they learn that the job will be a suicide mission, they must choose redemption or the destruction of their brotherhood.”

The Expendables franchise was directed by four different filmmakers, including Stallone, Simon West, Patrick Hughes, and Scott Waugh. Stallone also co-wrote the screenplay for the first three installments. Out of all the movies in the franchise, the 2012 sequel remains as its highest-rated installment with an approval rating of 68% on Rotten Tomatoes, while the 2023 movie serves as the installment with the highest Popcornmeter score of 69%.
