Shudder has officially released the first Bodycam trailer, previewing the upcoming found footage horror movie that takes place through the lens of a police officer’s body camera.

What happens in the Bodycam trailer?
The Bodycam trailer details a stop two officers make at a house for a domestic dispute. After trying to cover up an incident that occurs, the officers discover that the stop wasn’t what it seems, and many more people are involved in what looks to be a scary and almost supernatural situation.
“A relentless descent into pure, pulse-pounding supernatural terror blended with visceral dread (think End of Watch meets Event Horizon), the movie follows two cops whose call to a quiet suburban home unleashes unthinkable carnage when a domestic dispute leads to an accidental double-homicide,” reads Shudder’s description of the movie.
Bodycam is directed by Brandon Christensen (Night of the Reaper, Still/Born, Z, The Puppetman) from a script written by Ryan Christensen and Brandon. The movie stars Jaime Callica, Sean Rogerson, Catherine Lough Haggquist, Angel Prater, and Keegan Connor Tracy. Chris Ball, Kurtis David Harder, and Christensen all serve as producers, with Kerry Cooper, Ty Sivertsen, Andy Thompson, James Norrie, and Nina Kolokouri all serving as executive producers.
