Spider-Man 4 Art Reveals Scorpion’s Suit, Hulk & More Villains
The first official look at Scorpion’s long-awaited live-action suit in Spider-Man 4 is finally out. New marketing art tied to official merchandise appears to reveal Michael Mando’s return as the iconic Marvel villain, while also teasing the presence of Tarantula and Boomerang in the upcoming MCU release.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has seemingly confirmed what Scorpion will look like in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The reveal comes through promotional material connected to the Brazilian retail store Piticas, which briefly featured a Brand New Day banner featuring illustrated characters from the film.
The artwork includes a new look at Michael Mando’s Mac Gargan in full Scorpion gear, alongside appearances from Hulk, Tarantula, and Boomerang. While the page has since been taken down, the image has already drawn major attention from fans eager to see how the villains will appear on screen.
According to Spider-Man 4’s promotional image, Scorpion appears maskless and armored in a comic-inspired exoskeleton suit. The design leans into the character’s physical menace, positioning Scorpion as a major threat facing Tom Holland’s Peter Parker in the new film.
Mando’s return was first reported on August 1, 2025, with confirmation that he would reprise his role from Spider-Man: Homecoming. Set photos later showed Gargan in prison attire during production, hinting at how the character re-enters the story before donning the scorpion suit.
Interestingly, the same artwork also features Tarantula and Boomerang in comic-accurate masks. At the time of publication, Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have not officially announced casting for either character, nor confirmed their roles in the film. If included, Brand New Day would be their live-action debuts.
With Spider-Man: Brand New Day less than six months away, it makes sense that marketing details are beginning to surface. Still, the reveal raises questions about when the first trailer will drop and how these villains fit into the broader story. What remains clear is that Spider-Man 4 is building toward one of Peter Parker’s most dangerous battles yet when it swings into theaters on July 31.
