Bradley Cooper Reveals ‘Upper Hand’ He & Will Arnett Had on Is This Thing On? | Exclusive
ComingSoon is excited to debut an exclusive Is This Thing On? clip featuring director Bradley Cooper and star Will Arnett discussing the drama. The duo discusses working together and the state of Arnett’s character’s marriage in the film. Searchlight Pictures‘ film will be available to rent or own on digital platforms starting on February 10, 2026, and will then be followed by its 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD release on March 17.
In the behind-the-scenes clip, Cooper explains what was special about his working relationship with Arnett.
“Whenever you work with an actor as a director, you want to make them feel safe. That’s the first primary goal because if they’re safe, they feel free, and then they can show their soul, and then anything can happen, and you’re gonna hopefully capture magic,” explained Cooper. “We had such an upper hand, Will and I, because that safety was built-in in every cell of both our bodies.”
