The Drama Trailer Previews Zendaya & Robert Pattinson’s Crazy Wedding
A24 has finally shared the official trailer for The Drama, one of its most highly anticipated movies of the year.
The video features Emmy winner Zendaya and The Batman star Robert Pattinson as an engaged couple who face an unexpected dilemma that could potentially ruin their relationship. The movie is scheduled to premiere on April 3.
“A couple faces a crisis in the days leading up to their wedding when unexpected revelations derail what one of them thought they knew about the other,” reads the synopsis.

What do we know about A24’s The Drama?
The Drama is written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli. The Norwegian filmmaker is best known for his work on 2023’s Nicolas Cage-led acclaimed satirical dramedy Dream Scenario. The ensemble cast also includes Mamoudou Athie (Jurassic World: Dominion), Alana Haim (Licorice Pizza), Hailey Gates (Marty Supreme), Michael Abbott Jr. (Killers of the Flower Moon), Sydney Lemmon (Helstrom), YaYa Gosseli (We Can Be Heroes), Peyton Jackson (First Christmas), and more.
The movie is produced by Square Peg’s Ari Aster and Lars Knudsen, along with Borgli and Tyler Campellone through Dilemma Films. It is also executive-produced by Chris Stinson. The creative team consists of cinematographer Arseni Khachaturan, editor Joshua Raymond Lee, production designer Zosia Mackenzie, costume designer Katina Danabassis, composer Arseni Khachaturan, and art director John O’Regan.
2026 will be a busy year for both Zendaya and Pattinson, as they’re set star in multiple high-profile projects. Besides The Drama, the Euphoria star will also reunite with fiancé Tom Holland in Christopher Nolan’s epic drama The Odyssey and in Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: Brand New Day. As for Pattinson, he will also be seen in The Odyssey and in Simon Kinberg’s heist movie Here Comes the Flood. Interestingly, both Zendaya and Pattinson will once again co-star in Dune: Part Three, which is also expected to debut sometime this year.
