20th Century Studios has released the full trailer and a new poster for The Devil Wears Prada 2. The sequel is confirmed to hit theaters on May 1, 2026.

Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci return in their original roles. They reprise their characters Miranda Priestly, Andy Sachs, Emily Charlton, and Nigel Kipling.

Set nearly two decades after the events of the original film, the trailer reveals Andy Sachs returning to Runway Magazine as its new Features Editor. In the trailer, Stanley Tucci’s Nigel introduces Andy to Miranda, who appears to have forgotten her, saying, “She’s one of the Emilys.” Emily Blunt’s character reacts with surprise, commenting, “You’ve changed. You’re much more confident. You kept those eyebrows, though, didn’t you?”

Director David Frankel and writer Aline Brosh McKenna have returned for the sequel, along with producer Wendy Finerman. Executive producers include Michael Bederman, Karen Rosenfelt, and McKenna. The sequel also introduces several new cast members, including Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Patrick Brammall, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, Pauline Chalamet, B.J. Novak, and Conrad Ricamora.

Tracie Thoms and Tibor Feldman reprise their roles as Lily and Irv. The story continues against a fashion industry backdrop and shows scenes inside the offices of Runway Magazine. The trailer features Madonna’s “Vogue” and opens with Nigel saying, “Well, look what T.J. Maxx dragged in…”

20th Century Studios revealed the posters, stills, and trailer across its official channels, including YouTube and X, on February 2, 2026.

The studio will release the film exclusively in theaters.
