Thunderbolts* Star Teases Avengers: Secret Wars Inclusion

One of the stars of Thunderbolts* and Avengers: Doomsday is teasing their involvement in Avengers: Secret Wars.

Lewis Pullman played Bob/Sentry in Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts*, which was released in 2025. It has been previously announced that Pullman will appear in Avengers: Doomsday, arriving later this year, though there’s been no confirmation as of yet as to whether or not he’ll also be in the sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars.

What did Lewis Pullman say about Avengers: Secret Wars?

Speaking with Men’s Journal, Pullman was asked about a potential return to the MCU after Doomsday and if he’ll be involved with Secret Wars, which will be filming this summer.

“If we’re talking hope, I have great hope,” Pullman said. “I think he [Bob] has a lot to offer, and I think he’s a valuable asset. Like any good tool and team member, finding your place in the team and finding how you best serve the company within the toolbox is kind of up to the team and up to the team member. And so I have high hopes that they [Marvel] can figure that dynamic out. Fingers crossed!”

Avengers: Doomsday will be released on December 18, 2026. Avengers: Secret Wars then follows on December 17, 2027.
