HBO Max officially launched in eight new countries on January 13, 2026, including Germany and Italy.
As part of the rollout, HBO Max is available direct-to-consumer and as an add-on subscription for Amazon Prime Video customers in Germany, Italy, and Austria. “Prime Video’s vast reach will help us entertain as many people as possible in these new markets,” said Qaisar Rafique, EVP, Warner Bros.
