Netflix Adds Hilarious Sacha Baron Cohen Movie Today

Netflix is adding a Sacha Baron Cohen classic comedy movie today, giving fans the chance to check out one of the acclaimed comedian and director’s earlier movies.

What Sacha Baron Cohen movie is available on Netflix now?

Brüno, the 2009 mockumentary comedy, is available now to stream on Netflix. The movie stars Cohen in the titular role of Brüno Gehard, a fashion journalist who travels to the U.S. from Austria in the attempts to launch a celebrity interview show.

Alongside Cohen, the film also stars Gustaf Hammarsten, Clifford Bañagale, Chibundu & Chigozie Orukwowu, Josh Meyers, Gary Williams, Michelle McLaren, and Vic Henley. The movie also features a litany of cameos from celebrities, including Paula Abdul, Ayman Abu Aita, Yossi Alpher, Richard Bey, Bono, Harrison Ford, Brittny Gastineau, Elton John, Ghassan Khatib, Chris Martin, Paul McCartney, Ron Paul, Miguel Sandoval, Avraham Sela, Slash, Snoop Dogg, and Sting.

Bruno was the latest in a litany of mockumentary films released by Cohen in the 2000s. Other high-profile films included 2007’s Borat and 2002’s Ali G Indahouse.
