Zack Snyder shares new photos from The Last Photograph

Zack Snyder recently gave fans a sneak peek into the world of his upcoming project, The Last Photograph. The director shared a post on Instagram, simply captioned, “Image from The Last Photograph,” before also sharing another post featuring one of the lead actors on set.

The first image features a character smiling with visible gaps in their teeth, standing tall in a dark coat and a black top hat. They have curly hair and wear a necklace of what looks like bones around their neck.

The second, more recent, post features a picture of Irish actor Fra Fee in character on the set of the film. Snyder captioned the post, “@fra_fee on the set of The Last Photograph photo by Clay Enos.” The image features the actor sitting in a chair, by a table with a camera on it.

Fans took to the comments section to compliment Snyder’s work. One fan commented, “okay but i’m obsessed with the colors in this,” while another wrote, “I’m really excited for this film.”

The film, helmed by Snyder with a screenplay by Kurt Johnstad, follows an ex‑DEA agent who sets out to find his murdered sibling’s children. He partners with a war photographer who knows the faces of the killers, embarking on a journey into the wild to face demons from his past. The film stars Stuart Martin and Fra Free, while Hans Zimmer, Omer Benyamin, and Steven Doar reportedly joined the team to compose the score.
