Supergirl’s Suit & Movie’s Official Logo Revealed Ahead of 2026 Release

A recent wave of updates has drawn fresh attention to DC Studios’ upcoming Supergirl film. New visuals and promotional material surfaced during a major industry event, offering the clearest look yet at what audiences can expect. As the project moves through post-production, anticipation continues to grow around its 2026 debut.

Supergirl movie’s official logo and suit revealed at CCXP Brazil

DC Studios revealed the official logo and supersuit for the upcoming Supergirl film during CCXP Brazil 2025. The studio showcased the logo at its booth, featuring a bold title emblazoned over the House of El crest with a slight border that visually aligns with the logo from James Gunn’s Superman movie. Milly Alcock, who plays Supergirl, wore the supersuit in its first full public reveal.

The new logo replaces an earlier stylized version used during production, which had an italicized yellow font and a blue background. This final design is more consistent with the Superman film’s branding, referencing the Kingdom Come comic storyline as inspiration. A bar-sized walkthrough activation themed around the film was also part of the CCXP showcase.

Social media reactions followed shortly after the reveal. One user shared the official logo image with the caption “OFFICIAL ‘SUPERGIRL’ LOGO from #CCXP,” while another posted a similar image of the logo. A third user shared additional images of the suit, describing it as “100% comic accurate.” The posts collectively garnered thousands of views across platforms.

The new supersuit is based on the character’s comic design, marking a visual departure from Sacha Calle’s version seen in 2023’s The Flash. The suit and logo reflect the punk rock nature of the Supergirl character, while maintaining a cohesive design language with other Kryptonian elements in the DCU. This visual identity establishes continuity within DC Studios’ newly structured universe.

Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is scheduled to release in theaters on June 26, 2026. It will be the second film in the new DCU, following Superman, and centers on Kara Zor-El’s revenge-driven journey across the galaxy.
