New HBO Max Feature Is Very Helpful for Movie Lovers & TV Fans

In celebration of the holiday season, Warner Bros. Discovery is launching a brand-new in-app collection on HBO Max, providing users easy access to some of their favorite Christmas movies. This new page aims to remind subscribers that every season is the perfect time to stream on HBO Max.

The company began making major changes to HBO Max last July, when it was announced that Warner Bros. Discovery had decided to revert the streamer’s name to its original name. As of October 21, 2025, the company has also increased prices on all of its HBO Max subscription plans.

What’s the new HBO Max feature?

Now live as the “Always the Season” collection, the new page will feature a curated selection of award-winning originals, fan-favorite films, and quintessential holiday favorites, providing users with the perfect in-between-holiday-gatherings binge.

The page was also designed to spotlight this year’s stand-out movies and TV shows, such as Sinners and Peacemaker. It also highlights specially crafted curations such as “The Best of 2025,” “This Year’s Hidden Gems,” “Annual Watch Parties,” “That Time of Year,” and the “Most Meme’d” collection. The latter transforms in-app content artwork into the internet’s favorite memes.
