Kelsey Grammer & MCU Star Lead Thrilling Turbulence Trailer

Lionsgate has released the official trailer for Turbulence, the upcoming survival thriller led by Hera Hilmar (Mortal Engines) and Jeremy Irvine (Outlander: Blood of My Blood). They are also joined by Marvel stars Kelsey Grammer (X-Men movies) and Olga Kurylenko (Black Widow).

“Zach and Emmy’s romantic retreat aboard a hot air balloon takes a terrifying turn when they are hijacked by a sinister third passenger with a link to Zach’s past,” reads the official synopsis. “As the mystery of their secret relationship is revealed, their spectacular ride becomes a brutal mental chess match and a lethal battle high in the sky. Kelsey Grammer leads a brilliant cast in this psychological thriller that will keep you guessing until the very last moment.”

What happens in the Turbulence trailer?

The video features a couple, portrayed by Hilmar and Irvine, whose fun hot air balloon ride turns into a nightmare when someone suddenly hijacks the ride. The trailer highlights some of the movie’s suspense-filled sequences, as they find themselves stuck in a hot air balloon with no idea how to control it.

Turbulence is directed by Claudio Fäh from a script written by Andy Mayson. The R-rated movie is produced by Richard J. Berthy, Amanda Bowers, Molly Conners, and Andy Mayson. The creative team consists of cinematographer Jaime Reynoso, editor Tamsin Jeffrey, composer Marcus Trumpp, production designer Felix Coles, and costume designer Jasmin Ada Knox.

Executive producers are Leeshon Alexander, Denis Barry, Michael Bassick, Andrew Boswell, Barry Brooker, Will Clarke, Phil Hunt, W.
