Meet the Parents 4 With Ariana Grande & Ben Stiller Gets Exciting Update
Meet the Parents 4 has received an exciting update.
The Meet the Parents franchise began in 2000 with the Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro-starring movie directed by Jay Roach. That has been followed by two sequels — 2004’s Meet the Fockers and 2010’s Little Fockers — while a fourth film is now in the works.
Directed by John Hamburg, Meet the Parents 4 has been titled Focker In-Law. De Niro and Stiller will both reprise their respective roles as Jack Byrnes and Greg Focker, while Ariana Grande has been cast in the film as a character named Olivia Jones. Production on the film began in August.
What is the Meet the Parents 4 update?
On Instagram, Grande announced that she’s officially wrapped production on filming her scenes for Focker In-Law.
“These past few months have been so, so unimaginably special,” she wrote. “I love my Fockers, and I love my Byrnes… so, so very much. I will miss this bunch terribly. See you next November!”

The cast of the movie also includes Owen Wilson as Kevin Rawley, Blythe Danner as Dina Byrnes, Teri Polo as Pam Byrnes Focker, Skyler Gisondo as Henry Rocker, and Beanie Feldstein.
While official plot details for Focker In-Law remain under wraps, The Hollywood Reporter previously reported that the movie “ revolves around the son of Stiller and Polo’s characters, who gets engaged to a ball-busting woman who seems all wrong for him.” Grande plays the fiancée.
Focker In-Law will be released in United States theaters on November 25, 2026, from Universal Pictures. Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers, and Little Fockers, meanwhile, are all available to rent or purchase on digital outlets such as Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, and more.
