Spider-Man 4 Set Photos Highlight Sadie Sink’s Mystery MCU Character
Some new Spider-Man 4 set photos have emerged online.
Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures Spider-Man 4, also known as Spider-Man: Brand New Day, is now in production. Directed by Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ Destin Daniel Cretton, the film will once again see Tom Holland reprise his role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man.
Stranger Things’ Sadie Sink has been cast as an undisclosed character in the MCU, though there’s been no shortage of rumors regarding who she might be playing. Now, per UnBoxPHD on YouTube, some new Spider-Man 4 set photos see Sink joining the production of the Marvel movie.

While the set photos don’t reveal who Sink is playing in the movie, their emergence has started a new flurry of rumors regarding her character. Many people are once again suggesting should may have been cast as Jean Grey or Firestar; however, one new theory to emerge is that she could be portraying Rachel Cole, who is an alley of the Punisher in Marvel Comics. This could make sense given that it is known Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle/Punisher is appearing in the film.
What else do we know about Spider-Man 4?
In addition to Sink, Holland, and Bernthal, Spider-Man 4 will star Zendaya as Michelle “MJ” Jones-Watson, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk, Michael Mando as Mac Gargan/Scorpion, and Marvin Jones III as Lonnie Lincoln/Tombstone. The Bear’s Liza Colón-Zayas and Severance’s Trammel Tillman have also both been cast in undisclosed roles.
Official plot details for Spider-Man: Brand New Day remain under wraps at this time.
Spider-Man 4 will be released in United States theaters on July 31, 2026. It will be followed by Avengers: Doomsday on December 18, 2026, and Avengers: Secret Wars on December 17, 2027.
