RRR Director’s Epic Action Movie Baahubali Gets US Release Date, Teaser Trailer
RRR writer and director SS Rajamouli’s two-part saga Baahubali: The Epic is getting a U.S. release to celebrate the film’s 10th anniversary.
The films follow the stories of a lost prince who is rescued and raised in exile, unaware of his past. “Years later, he returns to uncover the truth about his father’s murder and his mother’s imprisonment, and must rise to reclaim his place as the rightful king,” reads a description of the movie.
When is the U.S. release date for Baahubali?
Baahubali will release in theaters across the U.S. on October 31, 2025. For its rerelease, the two-part film has been personally edited down by Rajamouli to fit into one film. A teaser trailer for the film has also been released, which is available below:
Originally released in 2015, the Baahubali saga began with Baahubali: The Beginning. That film was followed up by a sequel, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, in 2017. The films star Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar, and Subbaraju.
“Before RRR took the world by storm, master filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli redefined Indian Cinema with his two-part Baahubali saga,” reads the synopsis of the film’s rerelease. “Now, the epic tale of royalty, revenge, kings, and wars has been personally re-edited by the master himself from two films into a single unforgettable cinematic experience, with fully remastered picture and sound (and a few new surprises), so audiences can reunite to experience the euphoria the way it was intended: on the big screen, together.”
