Oscar Isaac Reveals 1 Stipulation for Star Wars Return
Oscar Isaac starred in the Star Wars sequel trilogy as Poe Dameron, and although it doesn’t seem like his character will return, Isaac opened up on what it would take for him to come back.
What’s Oscar Isaac’s one stipulation to return to Star Wars?
Speaking to Variety in a recent interview, Isaac‘s history with Star Wars came up. In a brief aside in the interview, Isaac brought up the franchise in a joking manner, referencing The Simpsons’ Ralph Wiggum saying “I’m a Star Wars” to talk about whether or not he’d return.
“Yeah, I’d be a Star Wars again if there was something good to do with that,” said Isaac.
The actor first joined the world of Star Wars with 2015’s The Force Awakens, as Poe Dameron, an X-wing fighter pilot for the Resistance who befriends Rey and Finn. Isaac’s last appearance in the iconic franchise came in 2019’s The Rise of Skywalker, and he hasn’t been back since.
