
Rose Byrne & Conan O’Brien Star in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You Trailer
A24 has shared the official If I Had Legs I’d Kick You trailer for its newest psychological drama. Following its world premiere at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival, the movie is now scheduled to arrive in theaters on October 10, pitting it directly against Disney’s Tron: Ares at the box office.
“With her life crashing down around her, Linda attempts to navigate her child’s mysterious illness, her absent husband, a missing person, and an increasingly hostile relationship with her therapist,” reads the official synopsis.

Who is in the If I Had Legs I’d Kick You trailer?
The video introduces Golden Globe nominee Rose Byrne as she plays a therapist who’s struggling to manage her life. Also featured in the trailer are Conan O’Brien as Linda’s therapist, Daniel Macdonald as Caroline, ASAP Rocky as James, Ivy Wolk as Diana, and Daniel Zolghadri as Stephen, with Christian Slater as the voice of Linda’s husband.
If I Had Legs I’d Kick You is written and directed by Mary Bronstein. Additional cast members include Lark White, Ronald Bronstein, Josh Pais, Eva Kornet, Mark Stolzenberg, Helen Hong, Ella Beatty, Manu Narayan, and Amy Judd Lieberman. Byrne is also serving as an executive producer alongside Bronstein. It is produced by Bronstein, Eli Bush, Richie Doyle, Conor Hannon, Sara Murphy, Josh Safdie, and Ryan Zacarias. The creative team also includes director of photography Christopher Messina and editor Lucian Johnston.
Besides Sundance, the movie was also screened at the 75th Berlin International Film Festival, where Byrne won the Silver Bear Award for Best Leading Performance. At the moment, it currently holds a Tomatometer rating of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 41 reviews.
