A recent AI video showcasing Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom and Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool from the Avengers: Doomsday set has confused fans. As the upcoming movie’s filming progresses, fans are eager to get a glimpse of Downey Jr.’s first look as Doom and other aspects. However, mostly, the AI-generated fake leaks have taken over social media and attracted the fans’ attention.
Fans almost believe in Doctor Doom’s Avengers: Doomsday AI set videos and photos
Fans were left confused as a fake AI video from the set of Avengers: Doomsday started circulating on the internet.
The video in question, posted by user @KilosMorales on X (formerly Twitter), showcases Robert Downey Jr’s Doctor Doom. It also features others like Tom Holland’s Spider-Man, Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool, and Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch. However, the video left fans baffled as these stars’ names were not announced in the cast of Avengers: Doomsday.
The 25-second clip starts with Downey Jr. in Doctor Doom’s suit with a green cape, with Reynolds’ Deadpool next to him. In the next scene, the former hugs Holland’s Spider-Man, who is wearing his suit from Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Then, fans get a glimpse of Deadpool lying on the snowy ground, while Doctor Doom stands over him. The duo again share a scene, featuring Deadpool sitting on the ground and holding a green ball. Meanwhile, Doctor Doom is behind him, wearing a grey mask that appears like a skull.
The video continues, and then Tom Cruise appears in the Iron Man suit. Fans can also see Olsen as Scarlet Witch and Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, whose face didn’t resemble the actor’s. In the clip, viewers can also find Downey Jr. standing next to his stunt double. Moreover, in the last scene of the video, Olsen’s stunt double and Vanessa Kirby, who is portraying Sue Storm in The Fantastic Four: The First Steps, are having a conversation.
Although this video initially left fans wondering about its authenticity, users online were quick to decode that it was fake.
Additionally, another user named @ChaosMoogle shared the close-up shots of hands with multiple fingers shown in the video. They wrote, “AI still struggling with them hands.. How has it not learned out fingers.”
Meanwhile, a third user called @EruRoraito2000 posted images of Doom’s armors shown in the video. They stated, “bruh his f—king armor changes designs like three times bro this is why AI generation sucks ass, the AI barely generates a consistent detail without changing it to a different thing the next time you see it.”
