Meet the Parents 4 Release Date Set, Ariana Grande Joins Cast

A release date for Meet the Parents 4 has been announced as Ariana Grande has joined the cast.

Meet the Parents is a 2000 comedy movie directed by Jay Roach that stars Ben Stiller as Gaylord “Greg” Focker and Robert De Niro as Jack Byrnes. The movie was a huge hit at the time and led to two sequels: 2004’s Meet the Fockers and 2010’s Little Fockers.

Last year, it was announced that Meet the Parents 4 was in the works at Universal Pictures. Stiller and De Niro will both reprise their roles.

When is the Meet the Parents 4 release date?

Meet the Parents 4 will be released in United States theaters on November 25, 2026, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“While much of the plot remains under lock and key, THR can reveal that one point revolves around the son of Stiller and [Teri] Polo’s characters, who gets engaged to a ball-busting woman who seems all wrong for him,” the article reads. “Sources say Grande will play the fiancée.”

Best known for her music career, Grande recently played Galinda “Glinda” Upland in 2024’s Wicked, which earned her a Best Supporting Actress nomination at the Academy Awards. She’ll soon be seen reprising the role in Wicked: For Good, which arrives in United States theaters on November 21, 2025.

In addition to Stiller, De Niro, and Grande, Meet the Parents 4 is also expected to star Polo as Pam Byrnes and Blythe Danner as Dina Byrnes, though “those deals have yet to close.” John Hamburg, who worked on all three previous Meet the Parents movies, wrote the screenplay and will direct the new sequel.

Roach, De Niro, Hamburg, and Stiller produce the movie alongside Jane Rosenthal and John Lesher. Matt Reilly and Jacqueline Carell are overseeing the project for Universal Pictures.

Meet the Parents 4 will be released in United States theaters on November 25, 2026.
