Gossip Girl’s Kelly Rutherford & Catharine Daddario Star in The Tributaries Trailer | Exclusive

ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive The Tributaries teaser trailer for the newest coming-of-age drama, featuring Gossip Girl alum Kelly Rutherford. The movie was screened last year at the Rhode Island Film Festival. At the moment, it has no official release date.

What happens in The Tributaries teaser trailer?

The video provides viewers with a first look at the main cast, including Rutherford’s character Cecilia. The film also stars Catharine Daddario as Robbie, Audrey Grace Marshall as Madison, Sky Nelson as Drew, Lin Tucci as Sadie, Joe Gately as Johnny, Shanna Wilson as Debbie, Kathy Richter as Dr. Williams, and Sean Gallagher as Professor.

“Amid the quiet chaos of college life and the growing weight of her mother’s fading health, Robbie keeps her head down and her heart guarded until she meets Drew—magnetic, effortlessly charming, and hiding more than he lets on,” reads the movie’s official synopsis. “What begins as a chance encounter slowly unravels into something deeper, pulling them both toward a reckoning with the past. As walls come down and truths come to light, Robbie and Drew discover that healing begins where honesty and courage meet.”

The Tributaries is written and directed by Kat Gueli, who is also producing alongside Michael Corrente (Shallow Hal, award-winning Federal Hill), and Justin Portaro. It is executive-produced by Harper Edge. In addition to producing, Portaro is also serving as its cinematographer, with Tricia Holmes set as its editor.
