The ending to Mission: Impossible 8, also known as Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning, has some fans convinced that Rebecca Ferguson’s Ilsa Faust is still alive.
Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning is now playing in United States theaters. Supposedly the final installment in the current iteration of the Mission: Impossible franchise, the movie once again sees Tom Cruise reprise his role as Ethan Hunt while Christopher McQuarrie returns to direct.
Fergunson’s Ilsa Faust character has been a big part of the franchise since the fifth installment, 2015’s Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation. Ilsa, however, seemingly died in the seventh movie, Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One.
