Warner Bros. Discovery has announced The Brutalist streaming release date, confirming when the Oscar-winning drama starring Adrien Brody will hit the Max streaming platform.
When is The Brutalist Max streaming release date?
According to Warner Bros., The Brutalist will arrive on Max on Friday, May 16, 2025. The day after, on May 17, the movie will arrive on HBO’s cable channel.
The Brutalist released in December 2024 in the U.S. and earned massive critical praise upon its release. The movie was nominated for 10 awards at the 97th Academy Awards, where it took home three awards, including Best Cinematography, Best Original Score, and Best Actor (Brody).
The Brutalist was directed by Brady Corbet, who co-wrote the screenplay with Mona Fastvoid. The cast includes Felicity Jones, Guy Pearce, Joe Alwyn, Raffey Cassidy, Stacy Martin, Emma Laird, Isaach De Bankolé, and Alessandro Nivola. It is produced by Andrew Lauren, D.J. Gugenheim, Brian Young, Andrew Morrison, Trevor Matthews, and Nick Gordon.
