Viola Davis Faces Off Against The Boys’ Antony Starr in G20 Final Trailer

Amazon MGM Studios has released the final G20 trailer for its upcoming action thriller led by Oscar winner Viola Davis in her newest action-packed role since 2022’s The Woman King. The movie will be available for streaming starting on April 10, exclusively on Prime Video.

“When the G20 summit comes under siege, U.S. President Danielle Sutton becomes the number one target. After evading capture by the attackers, she must outsmart the enemy to protect her family, defend her country and safeguard world leaders in this action-packed thrill ride,” reads the official synopsis.

What happens in the G20 final trailer?

The video features Davis as a badass president who takes on a terrorist group led by The Boys’ Antony Starr after they crash the G20 summit. It also highlights some of the movie’s stunt sequences, showing off the lead character’s fighting skills. The cast will also include Anthony Anderson as Derek Sutton, Marsai Martin as Serna Sutton, Ramón Rodríguez as Agent Manny Ruiz, Douglas Hodge Oliver Everett, Elizabeth Marvel as Joanna Worth, Sabrina Impacciatore as Elena Romano, Clark Gregg as Harold Mosely, Christopher Farrar as Demetrius Sutton, John Hoogenakker, MeeWha Alana Lee, and more.

G20 is directed by Patricia Riggen from a screenplay written by Noah and Logan Miller with revisions from Caitlin Parrish and Erica Weiss. The film is produced by Davis and Julius Tennon of JuVee Productions along with Andrew Lazar of Mad Chance. It is a production by Amazon MGM Studios and MRC Film.
