Vittoria Ceretti Opens Up About Leonardo DiCaprio Romance

Italian fashion model Vittoria Ceretti and Leonardo DiCaprio have been dating since 2023. The model recently opened up about what having a relationship in the public eye has been like.

What did Vittoria say about her relationship with DiCaprio?

Speaking to Vogue France in a recent interview, Ceretti opened up about her significant other, who she said she met in Milan. While Ceretti didn’t go into too many details about her relationship, she did touch on one specific, annoying aspect of dating someone so famous.

“As soon as you’re in a relationship with someone who has a larger following than you, you become ‘girlfriend of’—or ‘boyfriend of,’ for that matter,” said Ceretti. “And that can be extremely annoying. Suddenly, people are talking about you as so-and-so’s girlfriend who was so-and-so’s ex. So it’s not nice to think that you can’t love whoever you want, because of the labels people need to stick on you.”

Ceretti was also asked about managing feelings of jealousy while dating someone as globally popular and desired as DiCaprio. The model said that it’s “something you learn,” and that as long as the pair know they love each other, everything else is fine.

“It’s something you learn. If what you’re experiencing is real, if you know you love each other, then there’s no reason to be alarmed. Because love protects and gives confidence.”
