Den of Thieves 2: Pantera Digital, 4K & Blu-ray Release Dates Set
Lionsgate has revealed the official Den of Thieves 2: Pantera digital, 4K, and Blu-ray release dates, with the film arriving on digital storefronts on January 28, 2025.
When is the Den of Thieves 2: Pantera 4K & Blu-ray release date?
Den of Thieves 2 is set to release physically on 4K UHD and standard Blu-ray (with DVD/digital copies) on March 4, 2025. The film’s 4K UHD release will retail for $42.99, while the Blu-ray will be available for $39.99.
Along with the release of the sequel, Lionsgate is also releasing a special Den of Thieves Collection Combo Pack, which collects both films in the franchise in a limited 4K UHD bundle. The release features two SteelBooks, one for each of the films, as well as both films on 4K Ultra HD. The Combo Pack will retail for $59.99 and will be available exclusively from Lionsgate Limited’s store.
“Big Nick (Gerard Butler) is back on the hunt in Europe and closing in on Donnie (Jackson), who is embroiled in the treacherous and unpredictable world of diamond thieves and the infamous Panther mafia, as they plot a massive heist of the world’s largest diamond exchange,” reads the official synopsis.
The film stars Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr., both of whom reprise their roles from the original film. Additional stars include Evin Ahmad, Salvatore Esposito, Meadow Williams, and Swen Temmel.
Den of Thieves 2: Pantera is once again written and directed by Christian Gudegast, who reportedly spent time with investigators and notorious thieves to prepare for the sequel. The project was first announced in 2018 following the first film’s theatrical release, which earned a worldwide gross of $80 million at the box office. The sequel is produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson along with returning producers Tucker Tooley, and Alan Siegel. Diamond Films’ Meadow Williams is also executive producing along with Glenn Feig.
