Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse Update Given by Jharrel Jerome

Jharrel Jerome briefly appeared in the end of 2023’s Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, and recently opened up about what he knows about the upcoming sequel, Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse.

What is the new Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse update?

Speaking to Screen Rant, Jerome — who played the alternate universe Miles Morales known as Miles G. Morales — said that he actually hasn’t done any work on Beyond the Spider-Verse yet.

As far as any actual information on the film, he also said he’s just as in the dark on things as fans.

“[I] can’t really say so much more because, you know, that’s such a tight-knit ship,” said Jerome. “I don’t even know much. I’m as much in the dark as you, but I’m excited to get back into it and see what they’re thinking, especially involving my character. That was such a badass twist to the last one.”

Development of the film has reportedly been up and down, with some reports suggesting that the film is being redone, while others think the film is currently delayed.
