Exclusive Heavier Trip Clip: See Japanese Metal Band Babymetal’s Appearance
ComingSoon is excited to debut an exclusive Heavier Trip clip from Doppelgänger Releasing’s upcoming sequel to the 2018 cult classic Finnish comedy Heavy Trip. The movie is scheduled to make its debut on November 29 in select theaters and on digital platforms.
What happens in the Heavier Trip clip?
The video features Impaled Rektum member Xytrax as he gets introduced to a new type of heavy metal performed by Japanese kawaii metal band Babymetal. The band has been active since 2010. The cast includes Johannes Holopainen, Samuli Jaskio, Anatole Taubman, Max Ovaska, David Bredin, Mats Eldøen, Martti Syrjä, and Helén Vikstvedt.

Heavier Trip is written and directed by Jukka Vidgren and Juuso Laatio. The Finnish comedy sequel is produced by Kaarle Aho, Kai Nordberg, Andrea Stanoeva, Jukka Vidgren, and Sebastian Weyland. The creative team consists of the director of photography, Anssi Leino, and the editor, Kimmo Taavila.
