Gladiator II Final Trailer Shows Rhino Coliseum Fights in Ridley Scott’s Sequel
The final Gladiator II trailer is here, previewing some of the incredibly large-scale battles set to appear in the latest epic from Ridley Scott.
What happens in the Gladiator II trailer?
The latest trailer features more praise from early reviews of the film, calling it one of Ridley Scott’s best. In the footage, more fight scenes are shown off, including battles taking place inside the coliseum featuring animals like rhinoceros.
Gladiator II is officially set to release in theaters nationwide on November 22, 2024.

Gladiator II is directed by Scott from a screenplay written by David Scarpa. Leading the film is Mescal as Lucius, the son of Lucilla and Emperor Commodus’ nephew. The character was originally portrayed by Spencer Treat Clark in the first installment.
The sequel will also feature Denzel Washington, Pedro Pascal, Joseph Quinn, Fred Hechinger, May Calamawy, Lior Raz, and more. They will be joined by returning cast members Connie Nielsen as Lucilla and Derek Jacobi as Gracchus.
