‘Actually Goes Hard’: Watch Avengers: Doomsday Trailer Get Perfectly Recreated With LEGOs
The Avengers: Doomsday trailer has been recreated entirely with LEGO to match the original scene for scene. The official version also features voices from the movie’s actual cast.
IGN exclusively revealed the LEGO-inspired trailer as part of Disney Consumer Products, Marvel Studios and LEGO’s “All Moments Lead to Doomsday” campaign. The brick-built version recreates the live-action trailer released in July.
The recreation has also received plenty of praise from fans online. X user @marccuspop wrote, “LEGO version actually goes hard..” @rezwana1926 said, “LEGO really knows how to make the hype even bigger. Avengers + LEGO is a perfect combo!”
@OmarDecode said, “recreating a whole trailer frame by frame in LEGO takes wild effort,a plastic Doctor Doom shouldn’t go this hard, but here we are.” The official trailer also keeps the voices of the actual Doomsday cast.
Disney Consumer Products executive Paul Gitter said the project celebrates Marvel fans and builds excitement for the movie’s theatrical release. The original trailer has also passed 67 million views on Marvel’s YouTube channel.
When does Avengers: Doomsday release in theaters, and what to expect?
Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to open in theaters on December 18, 2026. Joe and Anthony Russo are directing the movie, which will feature Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom.
The cast brings together several Marvel characters from different corners of the franchise. Chris Evans returns as Steve Rogers, while Chris Hemsworth plays Thor and Anthony Mackie returns as Sam Wilson. Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn also return as the Fantastic Four.
Other confirmed returning stars include Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Letitia Wright as Shuri, and Paul Rudd as Scott Lang. Wyatt Russell is also part of the cast as John Walker.
The movie also brings back several original X-Men stars. Patrick Stewart returns as Professor X, while Ian McKellen plays Magneto. Rebecca Romijn, James Marsden, Alan Cumming, and Kelsey Grammer also return as Mystique, Cyclops, Nightcrawler, and Beast, respectively.
Avengers: Doomsday is part of Marvel’s Multiverse Saga and will lead into Avengers: Secret Wars. The latter is currently scheduled to arrive in theaters on December 17, 2027.
