Hunger Games Star & More Join Keira Knightley in The Worst Comedy Movie

Curiously titled The Worst, the Keira Knightley-led dark comedy has added a slew of renowned names to its cast, including a Hunger Games star. The project continues to grow its star-studded lineup, with the latest addition onboarding as many as nine Hollywood mainstays to the ensemble, such as Sam Claflin and Tom Hollander.

According to a recent report, Sam Claflin, Tom Hollander, Anthony Boyle, Josh Finan, and five others have joined Keira Knightley in her upcoming dark comedy, The Worst.

As per Variety, in addition to Claflin of Hunger Games and Enola Holmes fame, the likes of Anna Maxwell Martin, Dustin Demri-Burns, Sian Clifford, Zackary Momoh, and Eka Chavleishvili have also secured a part in the film. As such, the group will be sharing screen with the already-announced Keira Knightley, Alicia Vikander, and Erin Kellyman in The Worst.

Meanwhile, Anthony Boyle’s addition to the cast of The Worst comes after Fifty Shades of Grey star Jamie Dornan had to drop out of the project.

Serving as the feature directorial debut of Simon Woods, the movie revolves around the misadventures of socialite couple Emily (Vikander) and Max Fisher (Hollander), who invite their affluent friends to their new chateau one night. The group features a diverse set of people who are constantly at odds with one another. The party, originally intended to be a fun event, soon takes a turn for the worse when dark secrets gradually begin to come to light.

Additionally, Woods serves as the writer for his maiden feature film, and BAFTA-winning Josh Hyams, Andy Berg, and John Sachs come in as producers. Meanwhile, Frédéric Fiore, Ryan Wickers, Dave Bishop, James Pugh, George Hamilton, Andrei Kamarowsky, and Charles Low assume the roles of executive producers.

While The Worst has yet to receive an official release date, filming is currently underway in the south of France.
