Paul Rudd Rocks Out While Filming Power Ballad in Exclusive Video

ComingSoon is excited to debut an exclusive clip from Power Ballad’s special features. The video focuses on Paul Rudd, how music plays a role in the film, and shows footage of Rudd rocking out while filming. Lionsgate’s musical comedy starring Paul Rudd and Nick Jonas is now available to rent and own on Digital.

“When Rick (Paul Rudd), a past-his-prime wedding singer, meets fading boy-band star Danny (Nick Jonas) during a gig, the two bond over music and a late-night jam session. Power Ballad is directed by Begin Again director John Carney, who co-wrote the screenplay with Peter McDonald. The cast also includes McDonald, Marcella Plunkett, Havana Rose Liu, Jack Reynor, Rory Keenan, Keith McErlean, Paul Reid, Beth Fallon, and more. The R-rated musical comedy movie is produced by Anthony Bregman, John Carney, Peter Cron, Rebecca O’Flanagan, and Robert Walpole. Executive producers are Cathleen Dore, Dan Friedkin, Micah Green, and Daniel Steinman.
