Eli Roth’s Slasher Movie Ice Cream Man Gets a Chilling Trailer
The Horror Section has released the full trailer for Ice Cream Man. The upcoming horror thriller movie from The Green Inferno and Hostel director Eli Roth is scheduled to arrive in theaters on August 7, 2026.
“The film follows an idyllic summer town descending into madness when an ice cream man serves kids sweet delights with horrifying results,” reads the synopsis.

Who is in the Ice Cream Man trailer?
The video introduces Orphan Black star Ari Millen as the titular antagonist, who transforms kids into violent killers with his ice cream products. The ensemble cast also includes Benjamin Byron Davis (Guardians of the Galaxy 3), Dylan Hawco (Heartland), Sarah Abbott (Black Mirror), Kiori Mirza Waldman, and Charlie Zeltzer (The Handmaid’s Tale), along with Thanksgiving stars Shiloh O’Reilly, Karen Cliche, and Charlie Storey.
The Ice Cream Man is directed and produced by Roth, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Noah Belson. In addition, Roth is also part of the film’s cast. It will also feature a score by Emmy Award-winning composer Brandon Roberts, with additional music by Snoop Dogg. Executive producers by MCT’s Kevin Frakes, Connor DiGregorio, Eli Massillon, and Lorenzo Antonucci, and The Horror Section’s Jon Schnaars and Holly Adams.
The film is produced by Media Capital Technologies’ Christopher Woodrow and Raj Singh, alongside Kate Harrison for Cream Productions. Besides Snoop Dogg, another rap icon is involved in the film: Grammy winner Nas, who’s serving as an executive producer for Mass Appeal. The movie’s horrifying prosthetic makeup effects are handled by Steve Newburn and Adrien Morot.
