What happens in the A Burial trailer?
The video features a photographer who suddenly gets haunted by a mysterious stranger that’s somehow connected to his dark past. After learning about his wife’s pregnancy, his mental state unexpectedly begins to unravel, forcing him to confront his dark past that he has long been trying to hide. The cast includes Agnes Artych as Isabel, Steven Staine Fernandez as Abel, Noah Lang as young Abel, Susan Paerels as Sylvia, and Maritza Vives as Paola.
A Burial is written, directed, and produced by Stetson Hayes. The 87-minute thriller film is being likened to other psychological thrillers like The Others, The Sixth Sense, and The Haunting. It is executive-produced by Brian Bentz, Robert L. Mickles, and Gregory Stokes.
“A Burial examines what happens when someone’s worst impulses collide with the responsibility of impending parenthood,” Hayes said in a statement. “The psychological breakdown of the main character creates a thriller that forces audiences to question how far someone might go to protect their secrets.”
Studio Dome CEO Shaked Berenson added, “Stetson Hayes has crafted an intense psychological study that will resonate with thriller audiences. Studio Dome is excited to bring this dark exploration of guilt and consequences to viewers who appreciate character-driven horror.”
