Three popular Captain America movies from Marvel Studios have finally found a new streaming home. These action films have a combined gross of more than $2.2 billion worldwide at the box office.
Where are the three Captain America movies now streaming?
As of today, 2011’s Captain America: The First Avenger, 2014’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and 2016’s Captain America: Civil War are finally available to stream on Hulu. These movies were all led by Chris Evans, who will be reprising his iconic role as Steve Rogers in the highly anticipated Avengers: Doomsday movie on December 18, 2026. All three films also received Fresh scores on Rotten Tomatoes, with Civil War taking the top spot at 90%.
Joe Johnston directed the first installment, while Evans’ last two Captain America movies were helmed by Anthony and Joe Russo. The ensemble cast included Sebastian Stan as Bucky/Winter Soldier, Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, Hugo Weaving as Red Skull, Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark, Stanley Tucci as Abraham Erskine, Scarlett Johansson as Natasha/Black Widow, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson, Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, Frank Grillo as Rumlow, Robert Downey Jr. as Tony/Iron Man, Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa/Black Panther, William Hurt as Ross, Daniel Bruhl as Zemo, and more.
“Political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability when the actions of the Avengers lead to collateral damage. The new status quo deeply divides members of the team. Captain America believes superheroes should remain free to defend humanity without government interference. Iron Man sharply disagrees and supports oversight. As the debate escalates into an all-out feud, Black Widow and Hawkeye must pick a side,” reads the official synopsis for Civil War.
