Man of Tomorrow Set Photo Gives Look at Lex Luthor’s Warsuit

A new Man of Tomorrow set photo has been revealed by James Gunn. The image gives DC fans a good look at Lex Luthor’s live-action warsuit.

DC Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures’ Man of Tomorrow will be released in United States theaters and IMAX next year. A follow-up movie to 2025’s Superman, Man of Tomorrow will see David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult reprise their respective DCU roles as Clark Kent/Superman and Lex Luthor.

What do we see in the Man of Tomorrow set photo?

Man of Tomorrow is currently in production, and Gunn has now revealed a set photo that highlights Lex Luthor’s iconic warsuit. Check out the image below:

Plot details for Man of Tomorrow remain largely under wraps at this time; however, it is known that the film will force Superman and Lex to work together to defeat a greater threat. This threat will presumably be Brainiac, as it is known that Lars Eidinger will be playing the well-known DC villain in the forthcoming movie.

The cast of Man of Tomorrow also includes Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Edi Gathegi as Michael Holt/Mister Terrific, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner/Green Lantern, Isabela Merced as Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, María Gabriela de Faría as Angela Spica/The Engineer, and Aaron Pierre as John Stewart/Green Lantern.

Additionally, Adria Arjona, Andre Royo, Matthew Lillard, and Sinqua Walls have been cast in the movie, though its not yet definitively clear who they will be playing.

Man of Tomorrow arrives on July 9, 2027, making it the fourth movie that is part of Gunn and Peter Safran’s DCU canon, as Supergirl and Clayface are both set to be released later this year. Superman, meanwhile, can be streamed on HBO Max.
