What happens in the Sight Unseen trailer?
The Sight Unseen trailer highlights the coming together of a handful of siblings following the death of their father. They all reunite at their father’s cabin, but quickly discover that something is wrong. Mysterious things begin happening at the cabin, and together they must figure out the mystery behind the cabin and whatever is haunting it and them.
Sight Unseen is directed by Stephen Parkhurst and co-written by Parkhurst and Oriana Schwindt. The movie stars Lauren Pisano, Daniel Burns, and Kellie Spell. According to Parkhurst and Schwindt, a husband/wife producing duo, they were inspired to make the movie after considering buying property in real life.
“The housing market is a nightmare, so making a horror film about it felt like a no-brainer,” the duo said. “Even inheriting property can come with unforeseen expenses and sanity-destroying problems, and having to share that inheritance with siblings adds a whole other layer of conflict and strife. So naturally, we channeled our anxieties about all of this into a spooky ghost story!”
