Mila Kunis’ R-Rated Comedy Is Coming To Hulu Very Soon
A 2018 spy comedy starring Mila Kunis is set to arrive on Hulu very soon. The R-rated film follows an ordinary woman who embarks on a chaotic, action-filled adventure with her friend after discovering that her ex-boyfriend is a spy.
The Spy Who Dumped Me to stream on Hulu next month
Hulu will add the Mila Kunis-led The Spy Who Dumped Me to its library on Friday, May 1, 2026, according to the streamer’s schedule.
Susanna Fogel (Booksmart) directed the film and co-wrote it with David Iserson (New Girl, Mad Men, and Mr. Robot). During an interview with Variety, Fogel said, “We wrote this because we were looking for a hole in the marketplace — a good friendship movie with a lot of action.”
The Spy Who Dumped Me centers on Audrey, who is trying to cope with her recent breakup with Drew. At the suggestion of her friend, Morgan, Audrey burns all of her ex-boyfriend’s things. Soon, the government approaches her, revealing that Drew was a spy and is now MIA.
Later, Drew returns to get a specific item but is shot while protecting Audrey and Morgan. But he asks Audrey to hand over the item to his contact in Vienna. During their journey to Europe, the two friends find themselves being chased and shot at by dangerous people.
Kunis stars as Audrey alongside Kate McKinnon as Morgan. The supporting cast includes Justin Theroux as Drew, Gillian Anderson as Wendy, Hasan Minhaj as Duffer, Ivanna Sakhno as Nadedja, and Sam Heughan as Sebastian, among others.
