What happens in the Evil Dead Burn teaser trailer?
The teaser trailer for the film drops people right into the action. The trailer opens on a snowy, seemingly rundown house. Inside, though, chaos is raging. A woman (Souheila Yacoub) wakes up on the ground in a daze, and behind her, a friend is thrown into the wall by two people. As she regains herself and begins crawling away, it’s clear the Deaddites are wreaking havoc, and throwing her friends all around the home.
The trailer comes to an end with the woman crawling through a room and hiding up against the stairs of the home, while two of her friends try and get away from a group of Deaddites going after them. The teaser trailer also promises more soon, so we should be getting a full, proper trailer sometime soon.
Evil Dead Burn is the third standalone entry in the iconic, long-running horror franchise. The movie is directed by Sébastien Vaniček, who also co-wrote the movie with Florent Bernard. The movie stars Souheila Yacoub, Tandi Wright, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Erroll Shand, Maude Davey, George Pullar, and Greta Van Den Brink.
Following Burn’s release, another Evil Dead movie, Evil Dead Wrath, is also set to release. That film will be written and directed by Francis Galluppi.
