Frankie, Maniac Woman’s NSFW Trailer Previews Vicious Slasher Horror Movie

Two Witches Films has unveiled the NSFW and green band trailers for Frankie, Maniac Woman, featuring Dina Silva as she channels Leatherface through the titular character. The upcoming horror comedy is scheduled to arrive in select theaters on April 24, 2026.

“Battling against the legacy of childhood trauma, internalised misogyny, and the image-obsessed fat shaming of the LA music business, aspiring singer-songwriter Frankie Ramirez finally snaps, with bloody results,” reads the official synopsis.

What happens in the Frankie, Maniac Woman NSFW trailer?

The video introduces Silva as Frankie Ramirez, an aspiring music artist whose mental breakdown transforms her into a masked serial killer. The trailer highlights some of the movie’s brutal and gory sequences, as she finds liberation through killing beautiful women. In addition to the trailers, a new poster has been unveiled, showing off a closer look at Silva’s Leatherface-like mask.

Frankie, Maniac Woman is directed by Pierre Tsigaridis, who co-wrote the script with Silva. The filmmaker also served as the cinematographer and editor. Before its release, it first premiered at the 2025 Grimmfest, where Silva won an award for Best Actor in a Female Role. So far, the film has already scored a perfect Tomatometer score on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 10 reviews.

The movie also stars Stefanie Estes, Tim Fox, Jordan Debarge, Rocío de la Grana, Tsigaridis, and Daniella Mendoza. It is produced by Silva and Tsigaridis, with Maxime Rancon set as an executive producer. The creative team also included composer Matheo Techer, with Silva handling the independent film’s production design and costume design.
