Halle Berry & Barry Keoghan’s Acclaimed Crime Movie Out Today on Prime Video
A new crime movie with Halle Berry and Barry Keoghan is now available to stream on Prime Video.
Berry is known for playing Storm in the Fox X-Men movies, while she also played Jinx in 2002’s Die Another Day and starred as the titular superheroine in 2004’s Catwoman. She won the Best Actress Academy Award for her performance in 2001’s Monster’s Ball. Keoghan, meanwhile, recently played Duke Shelby in Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man. Having earned an Academy Award nomination for 2022’s The Banshees of Inisherin, he’ll soon be seen portraying Ringo Starr in Sam Mendes’ Beatles movies.

The new Amazon MGM Studios thriller movie Crime 101 is now available to stream on Prime Video.
Crime 101 was released in United States theaters this past February. The movie, which is written and directed by Bart Layton, is based on a 2020 novella by Don Winslow. Berry plays Sharon in the film, while Keoghan stars as Ormon. The cast also includes Chris Hemsworth as Mike/James Davis, Mark Ruffalo as Detective. Lou Lubesnick, Monica Barbaro as Maya, Corey Hawkins as Det. Tillman, Jennifer Jason Leigh as Angie Lubesnick, and Nick Nolte as Money.
The synopsis for the movie reads, “Set against the sun-bleached grit of Los Angeles, Crime 101 weaves the tale of an elusive jewel thief (Chris Hemsworth) whose string of heists along the 101 freeway have mystified police. When he eyes the score of a lifetime, his path crosses that of a disillusioned insurance broker (Halle Berry) who is facing her own crossroads. Convinced he has found a pattern, a relentless detective (Mark Ruffalo) is closing in, raising the stakes even higher. As the heist approaches, the line between hunter and hunted begins to blur, and all three are faced with life-defining choices–and the realization that there can be no turning back. “
Crime 101 received positive reviews from critics, as it currently has an 89 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes’ Tomatometer. It grossed approximately $71.9 million globally.
