The Testament of Ann Lee, whiched earned Seyfried tons of award love, revealing when the movie many believe to be an Oscars snub will become available to watch at home.

Amanda Seyfried stars as the Shaker’s revered, irrepressible leader who preaches gender and social equality. With reimagined Shaker hymns, the film captures Lee’s ecstasy and agony in her quest to build a utopia,” reads the film’s official synopsis.
For her role in the movie, Seyfried was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Motion Picture — Musical or Comedy, but was not nominated for an Academy Award. It currently holds a Certified Fresh rating of 86% on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 205 reviews.
The movie is directed by Mona Fastvold (The World to Come, The Brutalist), who co-wrote the screenplay with Brady Corbet. Alongside Seyfried, the ensemble cast includes Thomasin McKenzie, Lewis Pullman, Tim Blake Nelson, Christopher Abbott, Stacy Martin, Matthew Beard, Viola Prettejohn, and more.
