Luke Hemsworth on Why a Movie With Brothers Chris & Liam Is Difficult To Make

Luke Hemsworth, the eldest of the Hemsworth brothers, recently spoke about the possibility of working with his siblings, Chris Hemsworth and Liam Hemsworth. The actor, who will soon appear in Beast, said that a collaboration would depend on finding the right project. He added that he is open to working with his brothers.

Luke Hemsworth said he would like to collaborate with his siblings, Liam and Chris Hemsworth. He noted that the idea has been discussed before, but it depends on finding a suitable project and aligning schedules.

Speaking to E! News, Luke said, “I would love to do something…And we’ve talked about it a lot. I think we all just need to find the right project.”

One challenge is Chris Hemsworth’s schedule. The Thor actor continues to be involved in major projects, including his role in the MCU. “We need to get Chris booked in about two years in advance,” Luke added with a laugh, “He’s incredibly in demand.”

Luke Hemsworth added that he believes a collaboration could happen in the future. “I would love to,” he said, “So if anyone wants to write something, then please, please come and see us.”

In the same interview, Luke also spoke about his children and their interest in acting. “The youngest one keeps telling me that she wants to be an actor, and I keep trying to discourage it as much as I can,” he said, adding that his children have shown interest in the field.

“I want them to do whatever they want to do. I want them to be happy. And if that’s what makes them happy, then great,” he added, “But I also want them to get a bit more life experience.”

Beast is set to premiere in theaters on April 10, 2026.
