Bradley Cooper & Peyton Manning Movie Streams on Hulu Today

Hulu subscribers can now watch one of Searchlight Pictures’ recently released star-filled comedy-drama movies, which served as Academy Award-nominated star Bradley Cooper‘s latest directorial effort. Beginning today, Cooper’s 2025 film Is This Thing On? is now officially available to stream on Hulu, three months after it was first released in theaters.

What do we know about Bradley Cooper’s 2025 movie?

During the movie’s theatrical run last December, Is This Thing On? received an 87% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 200 reviews. In addition to directing, Cooper also starred as Balls in the movie alongside Will Arnett as Alex, Laura Dern as Tess, Andra Day as Christine, Christine Ebersole as Marilyn, Ciarán Hinds as Jan, Amy Sedaris as Kemp, Sean Hayes as Stephen, and Scott Icenogle as Geoffrey, with Peyton Manning as Laird.

“As their marriage quietly unravels, Alex faces middle age and an impending divorce, seeking new purpose in the New York comedy scene, while Tess confronts the sacrifices she made for their family – forcing them to navigate co-parenting, identity, and whether love can take a new form,” reads the official synopsis,” reads the official synopsis.

Cooper directed the movie from a screenplay co-written by Arnett, Cooper, and Mark Chappell, based on a story by Arnett, Chappell, and John Bishop, whose life inspired the character of Alex. In preparation for the role, Arnett wrote and performed stand-up bits in comedy clubs every night for six weeks. Cooper, Arnett, Weston Middleton, and Kris Thykier served as producers. The creative team consisted of cinematographer Matthew Libatique, editor Charlie Greene, production designer Kevin Thompson, and composer James Newberry.
